The whole process usually starts with a one to one meeting to talk about what sort of floor is wanted and an assessment of the situation ( sub-floor etc ). We then know exactly what we're dealing with, and what our customer is looking for. Samples are then given so they can be viewed against present decor and in the're own time. Once the floor has been chosen a quote is given,Upon acceptance of which a deposit is required for placing orders of materials. Once delivery of materials is confirmed a installation date is arranged. With certain materials, wood, Karndean etc, may need to be delivered upto 48 hours prior to fitting, to acclimatise.  On larger jobs we offer a house sitting Service, were clients can go on holiday whilst there house is in good hands, and come back to a beautiful new floor!
